Our granite kitchen counter tops look fantastic. All of our expectations were met. This was a result of meeting Walter, the owner, and realizing that he and his company were best suited for our project. This was after we had interviewed and received quotes from six other granite and solid surface fabricators over a period of a month. From the time we first met Walter, it only took him and his staff 2 weeks to complete the fabrication and perfect installation of our granite. Walter works hard to maintain his reputation as being the best fabricator and installer in the Greater Rochester area, while keeping his prices competitive. Very happy with my new granite counter tops and the service from Imperial. Lowes quote was nearly double theirs. Imperial could do my large island in one piece, which other places said needed a seam, as it was too heavy for installers. I shopped around and this place has best value. Service was great too. They arrived when they said they would, and did a follow-up visit when I had a concern. Highly recommend this place.
